Founder and Chairperson
Bruno Alexander Mackenzie
Bruno Alexander Mackenzie is the founder and chairman of McKinsey River Capital Management. He founded the firm in 2008 and has served as Managing Partner since its inception. Since March 1, 2015, Bruno has served as Chairman of the Board on a full-time basis. Prior to founding McKinsey River Capital Management, Bruno served as Executive Vice President of Wallenberg Family Holdings for seven years.Bruno Alexander Mackenzie graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1974 with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Economic Analysis and Accounting and Finance. He attended the Harvard Business School’s Management Development Program and has worked as a senior macroeconomic analyst, monetary policy research consultant, and macroeconomic modeling and forecasting expert in central bank monetary policy analysis, financial crisis forecasting, and risk assessment in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Denmark.
